✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange
Only items with Message on WhatsApp are eligible.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
You received the wrong item (incorrect product, stone, or size).
The item was damaged during transit (proof required: unboxing video).
There is a manufacturing defect.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To maintain the purity and energy of our spiritual products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Customized items (e.g., personalized gemstone recommendations or made-to-order malas)
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering post-delivery
Used or worn rudraksha, gemstones, or malas – their spiritual energy alignment cannot be restored
Minor variations in color, size, or texture, which are natural characteristics of gemstones and beads
🔄 Exchange Process
Once your return/exchange request is approved:
You must return the item unused and in its original packaging.
After verification, we will:
Ship the correct item (if available), or
Issue a store credit if the replacement is out of stock
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions:
The product is out of stock or unavailable
You choose a refund instead of an exchange
✅ Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
📦 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will:
Arrange a reverse pickup (where possible), or
Reimburse courier charges
If the return is due to customer preference or non-eligible reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
